When a position is vacant, Paloma Air Conditioning will post information regarding job requirements and position availability in the newspaper and internet sites such as MonsterTrak. However, please be encouraged to call or visit the office to inquire about job openings at any time. Job openings are especially typical during our high season (May to September) months when we look for seasonal technicians, installers, technician/installer assistants, and office secretaries.
Experience is not required for all positions. Technician and installer positions do require previous training and some experience. Salary varies depending on position.
