Superior Training
Each employee is personally trained for a six-month period to ensure they know exactly how to perform the job.
Technicians, installers, and sheet metal workers all receive additional training throughout the year in safety and new refrigeration product information so that our employees are up-to-date with the latest developments in their fields.
Cell phones are also available to every employee to facilitate company communication and to keep us running on schedule.
Fast Response Times
In the office, we have three people during our off-season months and four people during the spring and summer months so that everything is running smoothly.
All in-office staff members have their own cell phones that must remain with them at all times so they can quickly respond to any problem or need a technician or installer may have.
